Excitel Broadband Reviews

Honest Reviews of Excitel Broadband Internet Connection

There are countless numbers of internet broadband connections available in the market. The primary purpose is that which internet company is offering best internet plans to its customers. Taking this forward, we will discuss the reviews of Excitel Broadband with all of you, and then you decide that you should go for the Excitel Broadband Connection or not.

We have been using Excitel Broadband for the past one year. The initial process is easy; men came on time to fix the router and cables (Cable Installation: up to Rs 500) for the internet. Point to be noted: you can have your router, or you can ask the Excitel employee/engineer to come up with a router.

Advantages of using Excitel Broadband Connection:

In the nascent stage, the internet connection was smooth as a cream; speed was fast; both uploading and downloading speed, for example, it took only 4-5 minutes to download a full HD movie of 2 GB in size.

The Youtube speed was tremendously great. The 1080p Full HD videos buffer at a great rate on mobiles and laptops on Excitel Broadband.

On mobiles, you can have the lightning internet speed if you are downloading an app or games from Google PlayStore. The Excitel Internet plays well on mobile platforms.

Disadvantages of using Excitel Broadband Connection:

Every product has boon and bane, and the Excitel Broadband Connection comes with both – bane and boon.

There are frequent disconnections in the internet line, for that you have to raise the ticket multiple times.

The most disturbing element of Excitel Broadband is that it disconnects frequently. Even we have raised 3-4 tickets in a day. You will get an automated answer from the machine that “your complaint is on priority, and please have patience.”

The second point is, now, of the speed issue. Initially, we have discussed, the broadband speed of the Excitel was fascinating, but with time passes, the internet speed also downgraded. They will not hold the promise of prescribed internet speed in their manual; they will not abide by it.

The third part is their customer service, which is as same as this point number, i.e., “third class.” On any rainy day, windy day, bad weather day, their internet connection will stop, and we don’t know the reason behind this fault. If you call customer care, they will say that “Your request has been forward to the concerned department. They will look into it”. And we believe us; no one will look into that complaint. You will go on, adding complaints, but there will not be any action.

We are not deliberately slandering the internet connection of Excitel Broadband, but it is relevant to let others know the dark side of it.

What should Excitel do?

Their approach should be customer-oriented; when you are not customer-oriented, you are digging a grave for yourself. The customer complaints should be handle at earliest as possible. The customer shouldn’t come to the employee’s desk with their grievances only.

The callback system should be there to let the manager know of the situation, that the problem has been solved on time or not, and if not, then why not.

We are once again saying that we are not against anybody. We have written what we have got from Excitel Broadband. We will surely change our reviews about them if they are willing to change their customer and work approach.

We like to thank you for reading this blog. We will come up with more Excitel broadband reviews.

The GSTIN registration number is of 15 digits: The first two digits shows the State code (for which State, the GST registration number has been obtained), followed by the next 10 digits of the PAN Card, then comes the entity code, after that one digit is left blank, and in the last comes is a check digit.
