2. Register yourself on the said portal if you are applying for it for the first time.

3. Fill in all the required details, and you will be registered on the DU Transcript portal.

Note: Kindly provide your email address and phone number for the DU transcripts which are active as you will receive all the communication on them.

To apply DU transcripts through electronically way:

1. Visit the official website of Delhi University for transcripts: http://app.du.ac.in/transcript_marksheet/

2. Log in to the DU portal with username (email) and password.

3. Click on Application to apply for the online DU transcripts.

4. Go through the General Instructions posted by Delhi University regarding the online transcripts.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the General Instruction page, and you will see the “Next” button.

6. On the next page, you have to fill in all the basic details (name, address, roll number, enrolment number, nationality, etc) of yourself or the applicant.

7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Save” button.

8. You are required to upload your signature, photo, and syllabus in the Upload Photo/Signature section. As uploading your syllabus is not a mandatory requirement in this process; therefore, you can upload only your signature and photo and click on the “Next” button.

9. Now comes the most important section. You have to fill in multiple boxes, which are as below:

• Course: Fill in your course details (for example, B.com (H), B.com, BA, etc) which you studied at Delhi University.
• Roll No: Furthermore, you have to mention your DU roll number (see degree or mark sheet for this).
• Year of Passing: You have to mention your passing year from Delhi University.
• College Department: Select your DU college from the drop-down dialog box.
• Division: Mention your division, which you have acquired after passing from Delhi University.
• Required Number of Copies: Mention the number of DU transcript copies according to your requirement.

After performing all of these actions, you have to click on Add button. Now, click on Next to proceed to the next section.

10. In the next section, upload your mark sheets and degree on the DU portal. Make sure that you have your degree and mark sheets in PDF format before uploading them. Now, click on the Next button to proceed further.

11. Thoroughly view your details, and if you want to make some edits, it is advisable to perform it on this page; otherwise, you won’t be able to perform edits in the DU transcripts after this step.

12. On the next screen, pay the DU transcript fees by online mode.
